Built for squash

ClubLono knows squash. It runs as a round robin: players tap to join the court queue, get auto-matched into fair games, and rotate through with standings kept live. Scores go in as points, standings update themselves, and you stay the organiser — never the referee of a spreadsheet.

Self-serve roster

Players join by QR code or link — no spreadsheet for you to update.

Court queue

Tap to join, see your spot, get called when a court frees up. Nobody skips the line.

Live scoring

Score in points with standings and ratings handled automatically.

Sessions calendar

Publish recurring sessions with capacity limits and push reminders.

Payments via Stripe

Paid sessions or monthly memberships, straight to your bank. Auto-refund on cancel.

Club chat

One place for reminders, cancellations and banter — members only.

Free for a single club, no time limit and no feature cliff. You only pay for multiple clubs, kiosk mode, or leagues.

Squash club FAQ

Is ClubLono free for a squash club?

Yes. Running a single squash club is free with no time limit and no feature cliff — roster, sessions, queue, chat and payments are all included. You only pay if you run multiple clubs, want kiosk mode for a venue tablet, or need leagues.

How does the squash queue work?

Players join the court queue from their phone (or scan a QR code as a one-off guest), see their position, and get called when a court frees up. Games are auto-matched for fairness and scored in points; the host can override anything.

Can I collect squash club fees or session payments?

Yes. Connect a free Stripe account and toggle paid sessions, monthly memberships, or both. Money goes straight to your bank account — ClubLono never holds your members' funds — and cancelled paid sessions auto-refund every booked player.

What tournament format does ClubLono use for squash?

Out of the box, Squash runs as a round robin, but you can switch formats per event. Standings, scoring and rotation are handled for you so you can run the session instead of refereeing a spreadsheet.
