How do memberships and dues work?
Set up monthly or annual subscriptions via Stripe (free, two-minute onboarding). Members pay through the app and renewals happen automatically. The treasurer view shows who’s paid, with CSV export.
How do paid sessions work?
Toggle “paid” on any scheduled session and members pay at checkout. Stripe routes money straight to your bank — ClubLono never holds your members’ funds. Capacity limits and sold-out flagging are built in.
What if I cancel a paid session?
Every booked player gets an automatic Stripe refund the moment you cancel — no spreadsheets, no awkward “can you sort that out?” messages.
Is ClubLono really free?
Yes — running a single club is free forever, no time limits or feature cliffs. Premium (£19.99/mo) unlocks multi-club hosting, leagues, kiosk mode, cross-club stats and DUPR export.
Do my members need to download an app?
No. Members can use ClubLono in any browser at app.clublono.com, scan a QR code, or grab the mobile app. Drop-in players joining the queue for one night don’t need an account.
Can I run more than one club?
Free accounts host one club at a time. Premium hosts run unlimited clubs from one account, switch in a tap, and see cross-club stats. Signed-in members get a portable profile across every club they join.
What is ClubLono Pro?
Pro is our management console for clubs and facilities that run staff and programmes — a single venue or many. At console.clublono.com you get staff with role-based permissions; bookings, resources and classes; member CRM and CSV import; reporting; and a branded booking site on your own domain. Pro is custom-priced with a 1% platform fee and invoice or BACS billing — book a demo.
