ClubLono is free for a single club with no time limit — full roster, sessions, chat and payments included. On the free plan ClubLono adds a 5% platform fee to paid sessions; Premium (£19.99/month or £199.99/year, 14-day free trial) drops that to 1% and unlocks multi-club hosting, leagues and kiosk mode. Stripe's own processing fee applies on top, exactly as it would with any payment provider, and the host always receives the payment minus those fees.

Can members pay subscriptions monthly or annually?
Yes. You can offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or both. Renewals are handled by Stripe automatically, so subs no longer lapse just because someone forgot to send a transfer.

Where does the money go — is it secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated global payment provider, and paid out directly to your club's own bank account via Stripe Connect. ClubLono never holds or touches your members' funds.
Do I need a card reader or a separate payment system?
No. Everything is online through the app, so there is no card reader to buy and no separate payment system to reconcile. If you already take cash at the door you can keep doing that too — ClubLono just removes the need to.
Can I refund a member?
Yes. Refunds are one tap, and if you cancel a paid session every booked player is refunded automatically through Stripe — no manual list, no bank transfers.
Is there a free sports club payment system?
ClubLono is free to run for a single club, including paid sessions and memberships. You are not charged a subscription to take payments — only a small percentage on the payments you actually collect (5% on the free plan, 1% on Premium).
